Velvet Porridge
Ingredients
1 liter (quart) full fat milk
75 g (2 3/4 oz., 1/3 cup) butter
2 1/2 dl (1 cup) flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions
1)
Bring the milk to a boil.
2)
Melt the butter, stir in the flour. Stir until smooth.
3)
Gradually whisk in the boiling milk. Whisk until smooth.
4)
Simmer 5-10 min. Season with salt.
5)
Serve with sugar, cinnamon, butter and a glass of milk or juice.
