Veiled Country Lass
Ingredients
3-4 dl (1 1/2 cups) sweet rusk or graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbs. sugar
about 2 Tbs. butter
2 1/2 dl (1 cup) whipping cream
3-4 dl (1 1/2 cups) applesauce
Instructions
1)
Brown the crumbs and sugar lightly in butter. Cool.
2)
Whip the cream.
3)
Layer crumbs, applesauce and cream in a glass bowl.
