Tapioca Beer
Ingredients
5 dl (2 cups) pilsner beer
5 dl (2 cups) water
4 Tbs. (1/4 cup) quick-cooking tapioca
1/2 dl (3 1/2 Tbs.) sugar
1 dl (scant 1/2 cup) whipping cream
Instructions
1)
Bring beer and water to a boil. Add tapioca and cook until transparent, 8-10 minutes.
2)
Sweeten with sugar.
3)
Whip the cream and whisk into the soup just before serving.
