Sweet Buns

Ingredients

3 1/2 dl (1 1/2 cups) milk
70 g (2 1/2 oz., 4 1/2 Tbs.) butter
50 g (1 3/4 oz.) fresh yeast
1 egg
1 dl (1/3 cup) sugar
1/2 tsp. cardamom
1 tsp. salt
7 1/2 dl (about 3 cups) flour
raisins

Instructions

1) Heat the milk and butter to lukewarm and stir in the yeast.

2) Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly together. Let rise over steam.

3) Divide the dough into pieces and roll into balls. Let rise.

4) Preheat the oven to 225 C (425 F). Bake 10-15 minutes.
