Stuffed Potato Dumplings

Ingredients

1 kg (2 1/4 pounds, about 5) potatoes
about 2 dl (3/4 cup) barley flour
about 2 dl (3/4 cup) whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
100 g (3 1/2 oz.) salt pork or suet, cubed

Instructions

1) Follow the directions for Raw Potato Dumplings, but make the dumplings a little larger and stuff with salt pork or suet. Serve with the same side dishes.
