Strawberry Cake Roll

Ingredients

2 eggs, separated
1 dl (1/3 cup) full fat milk
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 dl (3 1/2 Tbs.) flour
melted butter
3 dl (1 1/4 cups) strawberries
sugar
confectioner's sugar

Instructions

1) Beat egg yolks, milk, sugar and flour until smooth.

2) Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry and fold in.

3) Brush a large, non stick frying pan with melted butter. Pour in the batter, cover, and cook slowly over low heat about 10 minutes.

4) Slice the berries. Sprinkle with sugar. Spoon over the cake, then roll up.

5) Sprinkle the roll with powdered sugar and serve with berries, whipped cream or ice cream. Enjoy!
