Squidburgers

Ingredients

1 kg (2 1/4 pounds) cleaned and flayed squid
2 eggs
1/2 dl (3 1/2 Tbs.) vegetable oil
2 dl (3/4 cup) full fat milk
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 dl (1/3 cup) chopped parsley
2 Tbs. potato starch
1 Tbs. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
breadcrumbs

Instructions

1) Grind the squid once.

2) In a large bowl, combine with the next 10 ingredients, adding as much breadcrumbs as necessary to hold the mixture together.

3) Form into 1 cm (1/2") thick patties and fry about 3 minutes per side in butter.

4) Serve with a green salad and tomatoes, onion and mayonnaise. Enjoy!
