Sour Cream Dessert Omelet
Ingredients
2 1/2 dl (1 cup) whipping cream
2 1/2 dl (1 cup) sour heavy cream
2 Tbs. sugar
6 eggs, separated
1 3/4 dl (2/3 cup) flour
Instructions
1)
Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F).
2)
Whip the cream and sour cream with half the sugar.
3)
Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar until light and lemon-colored.
4)
Fold into the cream. Fold in the flour.
5)
Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry and fold into the cream mixture.
6)
Pour into a greased ovenproof dish and bake until puffed, golden and set, about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
