Sour Cream Cakes
Ingredients
800 g (1 3/4 pounds, 13 1/4 dl, 5 1/2 cups) flour
500 g (18 oz., 2 1/4 cups) butter
5 dl (2 cups) 35% fat sour cream
2 Tbs. sugar
sugar
cinnamon
Instructions
1)
Crumble flour and butter together. Add the remaining ingredients and mix to make a loose dough.
2)
Roll the dough out into small thin sheets.
3)
Cook on a dry griddle. Sprinkle the uncooked side with sugar and cinnamon, then turn.
4)
Serve with sugar and sour cream.
