Smoked Herring Dumplings

Ingredients

4 smoked herring
2 hard-cooked eggs
salt
pepper
about 1 Tbs. butter
1 Tbs. chopped chives

Instructions

1) Clean and chop the herring.

2) Chop the egg and add with salt and pepper. Bind with about 1 Tbs soft butter.

3) Make small, round balls and saute in butter 2-4 minutes. Sprinkle with chives.
