Sherry-Marinated Shrimp

Ingredients

200g (8oz, 2 cups) shelled, cooked shrimp
1 Tbs. chopped fresh dill
1 1/14 dl (1/2 cup) dry sherry
4 tsp. lemon juice
chopped fresh dill
6-8 lettuce leaves, shredded
1 dl (1/3 cup) mayonnaise
1 dl (1/3 cup) sour cream
2 tsp. coarse grain mustard
2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbs. sherry
2 Tbs. chopped fresh dill

Instructions

1) Combine shrimp, dill & sherry & marinate 10 minutes.

2) Dip the edges of 4 high, footed glasses in lemon juice, then in chopped dill.

3) Make a bed of shredded lettuce in the bottom of each glass, then top with marinated shrimp.

4) Combine remaining ingredients for the dressing & serve alongside.

5) Serve w/ toast & butter. Enjoy!
