Semolina Porridge
Ingredients
1 liter (quart) full fat milk
1 1/4 dl (1/2 cup) semolina or cream of wheat
1 1/2 Tbs. butter
about 1 tsp salt
Instructions
1)
Bring the milk to a boil. Sprinkle the semolina over the milk and whisk until it comes to a boil.
2)
Simmer, covered, until the semolina is tender, about 15 min. Stir in the butter and season with salt.
3)
Serve with sugar.
