Rose Hip Ice Cream
Ingredients
4 dl (1 2/3 cups) whipping cream
about 3 dl ( 1 1/4 cups) sweetened rose hip puree
lemon juice
Instructions
1)
Whip the cream. Fold the rose hip puree into the cream. Add lemon juice for balance.
2)
Pour into a 1 liter (quart) ice cream mold with a lid. Freeze.
