Primsoll

Ingredients

200 g (7 oz.)bacon or smoked mutton sausage
2 liters (quarts) boiling water
1 1/2 Tbs. flour
1/2 dl (3 1/2 Tbs.) water
about 1 1/2 dl (2/3 cups) thin slices of brown goat milk cheese (Ski Queen)
flatbread
brown goat milk cheese
sour cream

Instructions

1) Cut the meat into small cubes and add to the boiling water. Simmer 20 minutes.

2) Combine flour and water and stir into the meat. Add the cheese and simmer until melted.

3) Spread flatbread with cheese and sour cream.

4) Break the flatbread into small pieces and place in a soup bowl. Ladle the soup over. Enjoy!
