Potato Porridge
Ingredients
1 kg (2 1/4 pounds, about 5 large) potatoes
5 dl (2 cups) potato water
1 Tbs. salt
1 1/2 dl (2/3 cup) barley flour
Instructions
1)
Peel and slice the potatoes and cook in water until tender, about 10 min.
2)
Drain and reserve 5 dl (2 cups) potato water. Mash the potatoes with salt and the potato water. Add flour and simmer 15 min.
3)
Serve with bacon, butter and milk.
