Potato Cakes
Ingredients
1 kg (2 1/4 pounds, about 5 large) potatoes
250 g (9 oz., about 2 medium) boiled potatoes
2 dl (3/4 cup) buttermilk
salt
butter
Instructions
1)
Peel and grate the raw potatoes, and mash the boiled potatoes. Add the milk and season with salt.
2)
Fry small flat cakes in butter on a griddle or in a nonstick skillet until golden on both sides.
3)
Spread the cakes with butter and sugar and roll up.
