1 bottle sweet white wine 1 cinnamon stick 1 Tbs. sugar 4 peaches clotted cream to serve
Instructions
1) Put the wine, cinnamon stick and sugar into a pan. Simmer over a low heat until the sugar has been dissolved. Gently add peaches to the pan and poach for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
2) Remove the peaches and reserve liquid, discarding cinnamon stick. Skin peaches-the skin will slip off easily. Arrange in a dish, and pour the syrup over the top. Serve with clotted cream.
