Pancakes
Ingredients
120 g (4 oz., 1/2 cup) margarine
5 eggs
2 liters (quarts) full fat milk
2 tsp. salt
650 g (about 1 1/2 pounds, 11 dl. 4 1/2 cups) flour
margarine
Instructions
1)
Melt the margarine and combine with the other ingredients. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
2)
Fry in a small amount of butter on a griddle or in a skillet. Make thin pancakes.
3)
Serve with jam, butter or syrup.
