Oyster Tartlets
Ingredients
250g (9 oz.) shucked oysters
1 dl (1/3 cup) breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbs Madeira or sherry
4 puff pastry shells
Instructions
1)
Combine oysters with juice, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper & Madeira & bring to a boil.
2)
Spoon into pastry shells & serve immediately. Enjoy!
