Oat Crackers
Ingredients
250 g (8 oz., 1 cup) margarine
250 g (9 oz., 7 dl, 3 cups) oatmeal
250 g (9 oz., 4 1/4 dl, 1 3/4 cups) flour
150 g (5 oz., 1 3/4 dl, 3/4 cup) sugar
1 1/2 dl (2/3 cup) full fat milk
2 tsp. hornsalt (or 2 Tbs. baking powder
Instructions
1)
Melt the margarine and add the remaining ingredients. Chill at least 1 hour.
2)
Preheat the oven to 190 C (375 F).
3)
Roll out into a thin sheet and cut out 3" round crackers.
4)
Bake until golden, about 10 minutes.
