My “Lobster Tail” Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 juice of 1 lime (or lemon)
1 Tbs. fresh blk. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 tsp. dried parsley

Instructions

1) Med. Heat Melt 1 Tbs. of the butter. Add garlic-stir until brown-add rest of butter.

2) When melted, add lime juice, pepper, salt, red pepper & dried parsley.

3) Keep on low heat for 10 mins. Strain & enjoy!
