Milk Pudding
Ingredients
125 g (4 oz., 1/2 cup) butter
1 liter (quart) 10% fat cream
1 1/4 dl (1/2 cup) flour
1 1/4 dl (1/2 cup) sugar
3 dl ( 1 1/4 cups) bread or cracker crumbs
4 Tbs. (1/4 cup) ground blanched almonds
grated rind of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. cardamom
3 Tbs. currants
Instructions
1)
Preheat the oven to 190 C (350 F).
2)
Bring butter, cream and flour to a boil, stirring constantly.
3)
Pour into a bowl and mix in remaining ingredients.
4)
Pour into a greased 1 1/2 liter (6 cup) mold and bake 1 hour.
5)
Serve with sauce made from berry juice concentrate.
