Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

800 g (1 3/4 pounds, about 4 large) potatoes
2 1/2 Tbs. butter
salt
1 tsp. ground white pepper
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 dl (1 1/4 cups) full fat milk

Instructions

1) Peel, slice and boil the potatoes until tender. Drain

2) Grind the potatoes, then transfer to an electric mixer bowl.

3) Add butter and seasonings. Mix well.

4) Bring the milk to a boil and add gradually to desired consistency. Season to taste.
