2) Combine flour, sugar and baking powder and cut in the butter with a pastry blender. Add the egg and mix well.
3) Spread into a greased 20x30 (8x12") pan.
Spread the preserves over the batter. Combine all ingredients for the topping and sprinkle over the batter.
4) Bake 25-30 minutes, until golden. Cool in the pan.
