Lemon Soup

Ingredients

1 dl (scant 1/2 cup) quick-cooking tapioca
3/4 dl (1/3 cup) raisins
1 1/2 liters (quarts) water
1 1/2 lemons, sliced
1 3/4 dl (3/4 cup) sugar
1 1/2 Tbs. whipping cream

Instructions

1) Combine tapioca, raisins, water and lemon and bring to a boil. Cook until tapioca is transparent, 8-10 minutes.

2) Pour the cream into a soup terrine. Whisk in the hot soup.
