1) Combine all ingredients and knead lightly to make a loose dough.
2) Shape the dough into a long sausage.
3) Cut into pieces of equal size. Roll out into thin sheets.
4) Cook on one side on a griddle, but do not allow to become hard.
5) Wrap the baked lefse in a cloth.
6) All the ingredients for the filling should be at room temperature.
Combine and beat until smooth. Flavor with vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Spread on the cold lefse.
