2 avocados lemon juice 1/2 onion, peeled and grated 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed 1 red chilli, de-seeded and chopped juice of half a lime 4 sprigs fresh coriander, chopped salt and ground black pepper
Instructions
1) Halve avocados and remove stones. Scoop out flesh, place a bowl, drizzle with lemon juice and mash smooth.
Add onion and garlic, chilli, lime juice, coriander and seasoning. Stir well and cover.
Shill for 30 minutes before serving with tortilla chips or crudites.
