Fjaler Lefse

Ingredients

6 eggs
6 Tbs. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 dl (1 cup) milk
3 Tbs. butter, melted
6 dl (2 1/2 cups) flour

Instructions

1) Whisk together eggs, sugar and salt.

2) Add milk and melted butter. Knead in the flour.

3) Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.

4) Divide into pieces of equal size. Roll out to thin sheets.

5) Cook on a griddle on both sides.
