Ingredients
3 3/4 liters (quarts) full fat milk
1 1/2 dl (2/3 cup) rice
Instructions
1)
Simmer the milk slowly until it turns light brown and has a caramelized flavor, about 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
2)
Rinse the rice. Add after the milk has cooked 90 minutes. Return to a boil and simmer until the mixture is a thick soup.
3)
Serve cold with cinnamon and sugar.
