Crispy Beef – Chinese Style

Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbs. corn flour (rice flour)
veg. oil for frying
10gr/2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbs. white rice vinegar
egg noodles
150gr/1/3 lb. beef, cut in thin strips
1 carrot, finely shredded
1 spring onion, shredded
1 clove garlic,chopped
2 Tbs. sweet chili dipping sauce
splash light soy sauce

Instructions

1) Prep. everything and use a wok

2) Combine eggs, salt & flour. Coat beef strips.

3) Heat oil. Fry strips til golden. (Drop beef in one by one and don't move for 10 sec. so they don't stick together.)

4) Cook 6-7 mins. or less until brown & crispy. Remove & drain on paper towel.

5) Using a little oil from wok, stir fry onions, garlic, carrots briefly.

6) Add sugar, rice wine, chili sauce, soy sauce. Stir & add beef. Stir/toss.

7) Serve immediately with noodles. Enjoy!
