100 g (3 1/2 oz., scant 1/2 cup) margarine 2 1/2 dl (1 cup) water 2 1/2 dl (1 cup) flour 4 medium eggs
Instructions
1) Preheat the oven to 220 C (425 F).
2) Bring margarine and water to a boil. Remove from the heat and add the flour. Return to a boil, stirring until the dough forms a ball. Cool slightly.
3) Beat in the eggs, one at a time. The dough should be stiff enough to keep its shape without spreading.
4) Spoon into a pastry tube with a star tip. Pipe mounds onto a greased oven sheet.
5) Bake 20-30 minutes. Cool.
6) Cut off the tops of the puffs. Fill with whipped cream flavored with sugar and vanilla. Replace the top.
7) Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar just before serving.
