Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients
5 eggs
250 g (9 oz., 3 dl, 1 1/4 cups) sugar
500 g (18 oz., about 14 dl, 6 cups) flaked coconut
2 Tbs. flour
1 Tbs. melted butter
Instructions
1)
Preheat the oven to 190 C (375 F).
2)
Beat eggs and sugar until light and lemon-colored.
3)
Carefully add remaining ingredients.
4)
Form small mounds (slightly smaller than a walnut) with two teaspoons and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
