Coconut Berry Chia Mousse

A Fresh alternative to store bought!

Ingredients

1 cup full fat coconut milk (fresh is best)
3 tbs. chia seeds
5 fresh strawberries (or frozen)
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1tsp. Honey to taste

Instructions

1) Soak chia seeds in coconut milk overnight

2) Stir well; add the rest of the ingredients

3) Blend on hig-speed in a nutrition bullet or blender for 1 minute

4) Enjoy!!!
