Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
streaky smokey bacon
1 pt. milk
3 oz. butter
10 spring onions
4 oz. button mushrooms
2 oz. flour
bay leaf
herbs provence
chicken stock cube

Instructions

1) Saute chicken in a little butter. Put in pan for oven.

2) Saute spring onions, mushrooms, bacon. Add to chicken

3) Sauce: melt 1 oz butter, slowly add 2 Tbs. plain flour, add milk, herbs, stock cube, bay leaf. Into pot & oven. 2 hrs. low heat.
