Buttermilk Porridge
Ingredients
6-8 dl (2 1/2-3 1/3 cups) barley or oat flour
2 liters (quarts) water
5 dl (2 cups) buttermilk
2 tsp. salt
Instructions
1)
Whisk the flour into the water and bring to a boil.
2)
Add buttermilk and simmer about 15 min. Season with salt.
3)
Serve with cold buttermilk or warm full fat milk.
