Buttermilk Pancakes
Ingredients
3 eggs
3 dl (1 1/4 cups) buttermilk
3/4 dl (1/3 cup) sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 1/2 dl (2 cups) flour
butter
Instructions
1)
Whisk together eggs and milk. Add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
2)
Refrigerate 30 minutes.
3)
Fry in a small amount of butter on a griddle or in a skillet. Spoon on batter.
4)
Spread out with a spoon and cook on both sides over medium heat. The pancakes should be thin.
5)
Serve with butter, sugar and jam or sour cream.
