Brown Hash

Ingredients

5-6 dl (2-2 1/2 cups) brown gravy
water
2 medium carrots
1 small onion
3 medium potatoes
2 1/2 dl (1 cup) leftover roast beef cubes

Instructions

1) Thin the gravy with a little water.

2) Cut the carrots, onions and potatoes into 1 cm (1/2") cubes and cook in the gravy until the potatoes are tender, 6-8 minutes.

3) Cut the beef into 1 cm (1/2") cubes and add. Heat until warm.

4) Season with salt and pepper. Serve with flatbread. Enjoy!
