1) Cut the crusts off the bread, cube and soak in milk 1 hour.
2) Preheat the oven to 150 C (300 F).
3) Combine the bread with the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 2 liter (quart) mold.
4) Place a towel in the bottom of an oven pan. Place the mold on the towel. Fill with hot water to reach halfway up the sides of the mold.
Bake 1 hour.
5) Serve with sauce made from berry juice concentrate.
