A family favourite- our eldest son, Bradley came up with this – no one has felt the need to mess with it! We serve this dish with ranch and blue cheese dressing (home made to avoid the preservatives), celery and salad.
Ingredients
4 oz. melted butter 1/4 cup mustard 1/4 cup honey 2 tbsp. Hot sauce 1/4 cup white vinegar 3 tbsp. Tabasco 3 tbsp. Habinera sauce 3 tbs. Hell Hot sauce 1 bottle Chicken Wing sauce 2 lb. chicken drumsticks
Instructions
1) Steam chicken drumsticks for 30 mins.
2) When butter has cooled whisk together with mustard and honey
3) Combine rest of ingredients and add to butter mix
4) When drumsticks are ready put in a bowl and add enough sauce to coat. Marinade for 30 minutes
5) Lay the chicken wings on silver foil (shiny side up) and bake in a hot oven (450 f) for 15 minutes. Turn and bake a further 10 to 15 minutes.
6) Pour enough sauce over and let stand for 5 minutes to cool before serving. Enjoy!!
