Berry Soup With Barley

Ingredients

3/4 dl (1/3 cup) pearl parley
1 1/2 liters (quarts) water
1 dl (1/3 cup) berry juice concentrate (can be purchased in health food stores)
1 dl (1/3 cup) sugar
a few grains salt

Instructions

1) Soak the barley in water overnight.

2) Simmer 30 minutes in the soaking.

3) Flavor with juice, sugar and salt.
