Baked Eggs

Ingredients

2oz/50g Serrano ham
4 fresh eggs
salt and ground black pepper
4 Tbs. double cream
2 tsp. paprika

Instructions

1) Shred ham and divide between 4 butter ramekins. Carefully break an egg into each one, and season with salt and pepper. Top with cream and sprinkle with paprika.

2) Bake in a preheated oven 400F, 200C for 10 minutes, or until eggs are set firm. Serve immediately.
