3/4 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup honey 5lb. chicken drumsticks-skinless are best 2 Tbs. grated fresh ginger 4 cloves mashed fresh garlic pepper to taste (black fresh ground) 1/4 cup water
Instructions
1) Preheat oven to 45.
2) Wash & pat dry drumsticks.
3) Combine all ingredients in bowl & add chicken
4) Line a large shallow roasting tin with foil. Add chicken & mixture.
5) Depending on your oven temp. chicken will be done in about 35 mins. Thermometer should read 165.
6) Baste regularly - every 5-10 min.
7) This can be prepared & kept in refrigerator for up to 6hrs. before cooking.
8) Great served with my special fried rice. Enjoy!
