Astrid’S Chicken Cutlets
Ingredients
1 chicken cutlet per person
salt & pepper
red pepper flakes
beaten egg
panko bread crumbs/flour for dusting
Instructions
1)
Beat chicken w/tenderizer.
2)
Cover w/ black pepper & a little salt.
3)
Dip in flour (shake off excess)
4)
Dip in egg.
5)
Dip in panko.
6)
Saute in olive oil (med/high heat) until golden.
7)
Finish in oven 400, 8-10 min. Enjoy!
