Almond Or Nut Cake
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 3/4 dl (3/4 cup) sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
4 3/4 dl (2 cups) ground almonds or other nuts
Instructions
1)
Preheat the oven to 170 C (350 F).
2)
Beat eggs and sugar until light and lemon colored.
3)
Combine baking powder and nuts and fold carefully into the egg mixture.
4)
Pour into a greased 22 cm (9") springform. Bake 30 minutes. Cool in the pan.
5)
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Enjoy!
