Pizza

Ingredients

2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup salad oil
2 Tbs. salad oil
Toppings:
tomato paste
oregano
grated mozzarella chees

Instructions

1) Combine flour, baking powder, salt, mil, & 1/4 cup salad oil into bowl. Stir vigorously until mixture leaves sides of bowl. Press into ball; knead until smooth. Divide in half.

2) Roll 1 ball at a time, on floured surface, into a circle. Place on baking sheet.

3) Turn up edges 1/2" & pinch or pleat.

4) Brush with 2 Tbs. salad oil, spread tomato paste, sprinkle with plenty of oregano. Add other toppings as desired. Finish with grated mozzarella cheese & whatever else.

5) Bake at 425 for 20 minutes "ish" Enjoy!
