Madeira Cream
Ingredients
2 1/2 dl (1 cup) whipping cream
2-3 egg yolks
3/4 dl (1/3 cup) sugar
1 dl (scant 1/2 cup) Madeira
Instructions
1)
Whip the cream.
2)
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until light and lemon colored. Beat in the Madeira, a little at a time.
3)
Fold the cream into the egg yolk mixture.
4)
Serve immediately with cookies.
