Waffles – Sour Cream

Ingredients

4 dl (1 2/3 cups) whipping cream
1 dl (scant 1/2 cup) 35% fat sour cream
3 1/2 dl (1 1/2 cups) flour
4 Tbs. (1/4 cup) water
butter

Instructions

1) Whip the two creams together. The mixture becomes very thick just before it peaks.

2) Sift the flour, add the water and some of the cream. Mix well. Carefully mix in remaining cream.

3) Heat the waffle iron and grease with butter. Cook waffles until golden. Cool on a rack.

4) Serve with butter and jam or cheese.
