Ingredients
2 dl (3/4 cup) whipping cream
4 dl (1 1/2 cups) full fat milk
4 dl (1 3/4 cups) flour
Instructions
1)
Combine cream and milk. Sift over the flour and combine. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
2)
Bake on a "krumkake" iron. To serve, spread with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
