Tapioca Soup

Ingredients

5 dl (2 cups) water
1 dl (scant 1/2 cup) quick-cooking tapioca
2 dl (3/4 cup) raisins
20 prunes
1 cinnamon stick
berry juice concentrate (can be purchased in health food stores)
sugar

Instructions

1) Combine water, tapioca, raisins, prunes and cinnamon.

2) Cook until tapioca is transparent and the fruit is soft, 8-10 minutes.

3) Sweeten with berry juice concentrate and sugar.
