1) Heat the milk to lukewarm and stir in the yeast. Melt the butter and add along with the sugar and eggs.
2) Stir in half the flour, then knead in the rest. Cover with plastic and let rise in a warm place.
3) Prepare the pudding according to the directions on the package, but with the lesser amount of milk and extra sugar.
4) Roll the dough into a rectangle.
Spoon the vanilla pudding in the middle lengthwise.
5) Fold the sides over the pudding.
Shape into a big pretzel, seam side down. Snip with a scissors and pull the dough points in alternating directions.
6) Let rise. Preheat the oven to 200 C (400 F). Bake 30 minutes.
